Kylea shares her week
Week 2 - Team Tink hits the ground running
Week 2 down and what an incredible week it has been. Thank you once again to the over 200 volunteers who, very COVID safely, distributed just on 75,000 flyers right across our electorate this past weekend. It was incredible to see so many people out and about in their #TeamTink shirts.
Thanks also to everyone who reached out via our social channels or our website to begin a conversation with me on issues and opportunities that matter to you. It’s a privilege to listen to you and I am learning so much so please, keep the conversation up.
Just a reminder though that we are still a volunteer team so many of us are also trying to keep wider lives afloat. That means jobs, family and community commitments are all still very much a part of our day-to-day life so thank you for your patience if it takes us a few days to get back to you. Please know we will respond as quickly as we can.
This weekend I’m looking forward to seeing some of you out and about across our electorate so please don’t be startled if I come up to you to compliment you on your t-shirt or cap! I am so grateful to you all and very much looking forward to hearing your stories.
And finally, I’m also looking forward to chatting with many of you at our Zoom Town Hall next Tuesday evening. With news Michael Pascoe will be joining us as our host I am excited by the opportunity for us to connect.
Together, let’s change the climate in Canberra. KT

Week 21: What we're doing to strengthen the Anti-Corruption Bill
November 18, 2022
Our democracy will only ever be as strong as our willingness as citizens to actively contribute to any debate, and just on six months into this role, the capacity for me to truly listen to the many voices of North Sydney as they discuss proposed or needed legislative reform at the national level is without a doubt the most rewarding thing I get to do on a daily basis.
