Question to Minister for Infrastructure on carbon base case

Kylea asked the Minister for Infrastructure about whether funding for future major infrastructure projects like the Western Harbour Tunnel and the Beaches Link will be contingent on a project delivering a carbon base case to track and limit emissions over the life cycle of the project from design through to construction.
