As a key member of the 'Teal Wave' that swept across federal politics in the 2022 election, for over 40 years Kylea has worked across the Public Policy, Commercial, Government and Not for Profit sectors to lead communities, teams and businesses in their strategic planning processes to drive sustainable, positive change and deliver tangible results.

Working both in Australia and across international markets, Kylea has significant experience in identifying and mitigating emerging issues and maintaining momentum for movements and businesses even in the face of significant challenges.
